Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our marketplace, certain limited-run sneakers and apparel may be subject to specific restocking guidelines.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Packaging and Protection

  Place the items in their original designer box and use a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Drop-off

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of the item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
